Instructions

  • It is recommended that you preview the video first before you follow along.
  • Go through each Phase sequentially.
  • ie. Phase 1 > Phase 2 > Phase 3 > Phase 4 > Phase 5 > Phase 6.
  • Phase 4 and Phase 5 are optional.
  • This will be your follow along workout class session for the day.
  • Once a day, three times a week is recommended.
